TERMS AND CONDITION

Mahlet Ethiopia Tours undertakes to ensure that all possible care is taken so that the travel arrangements specified in your Itinerary run efficiently and successfully. These booking conditions seek to explain as clearly as possible the responsibilities undertaken between us when you make and we accept a reservation.

RATES:

Tour prices are available on request.

ACCOMMODATION:

According to the preference of clients, we book rooms in hotels ranging from the luxurious, to fine first and tourist class hotels in major tourist areas, to simple rustic inns in remote areas, most with private baths.

GUIDES:

English, French, Italian and German speaking guides are available. Other than these we will provide upon request.

LIABILITIES:

Mahlet Ethiopia Tours acts only as agents of passengers in all matters relating to accommodation and transportation. However, Mahlet Ethiopia Tours shall not be liable for injury, flight schedule changes, delay, loss or damage arising from any cause and in any manner whatsoever.
The laws of Ethiopia govern Mahlet Ethiopia Tours’ liability to passengers carried in its own vehicles, and all claims are subject to the jurisdiction of the court of Ethiopia in which the cause of action arises. Mahlet Ethiopia Tours’ all vehicles are comprehensively insured.
Mahlet Ethiopia Tours reserves the right to employ subcontractors whenever necessary to carry out all or any part of the services agreed to be supplied and in any event of the exercise of such right the terms of clause (ii.) related to Mahlet Ethiopia Tours liability shall apply.
Whilst every care is taken, Mahlet Ethiopia Tours cannot be held responsible for loss or damage of baggage.

PAYMENT:

Open for compromise.

CANCELLATION:

Mahlet Ethiopia Tours will charge 50% of the tour cost for last minute cancellation of less than a month prior to tour commencement.
